The American Dental Association is reconvening
their Dental Claim Form Advisory Committee in July
2008. MSDA will be represented.
Attached are the
preliminary revisions that were identified to begin discussions.
If there are additional revisions that you would like to
suggest, please submit comments prior to July 18,
2008.
