Membership Opportunity

REGULAR:   No Dues Fee

Individuals actively engaged in policy development or direct administration of Medicaid/ CHIP dental programs at the state or federal levels.

ASSOCIATE:  Dues $50.00

Individuals employed by or contractors of any state or federal public agency,  organization, tribal entities and/or health professionals interested in Medicaid/CHIP dental programs, including but not limited to state and federal Medicaid/CHIP medical/oral health personnel, administrators, consultants, support staff; oral health researchers and academics; federal, state, and local dental public health program managers; medical and dental providers; payers; and personnel  of public health- based programs such as community health centers.

Sponsorship Opportunity

SPONSORSHIP: $500.00 +

Private (for-profit) and not-for-profit organizations or businesses that have an interest in Medicaid/ CHIP dental programs including but not limited to dental industry, state dental associations, dental managed care and/or dental trade organizations, but who otherwise do not qualify for membership under the Regular or Associate membership categories. Organization members and their designated representatives may not serve as officers or directors of the Corporation or have voting rights.
