On Monday and Tuesday, November 10-11, 2025, the Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP Services Dental Association will host our Fall convening of the MSDA Corporate Round Table. Our event this year will take place at The Willard Intercontinental Hotel, 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington DC. MSDA’s Corporate Round Table Meeting provides an opportunity for members to reconnect, meet new colleagues, and network with those who share our vision of improving oral health for all Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP members. Beginning at 6:00 pm on Monday evening, November 10^th, MSDA will host a networking reception and dinner. Location TBD. All attendees must be pre-registered to attend. On Tuesday, November 11^th, our group will reconvene from 8:30 to 3:30 in the Crystal Room at The Willard Intercontinental Hotel. Participants will take part in a meaningful discussion regarding federal and state Medicaid policy as well as emerging topics and issues concerning Medicaid dental programs. Dr. Natalia Chalmers, Chief Dental Officer from the Office of the Administrator at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has been invited to provide a federal update. MSDA 2026 CORPORATE ROUND TABLE MEMBERSHIP – IMPORTANT MSDA Membership Dues for 2026 are $5,500 MSDA Membership dues for academic institutions are $1,000. Dues must be paid by Monday, October 13, 2025, to participate in the November 10-11, 2025, Corporate Round Table Meeting.
