This continuing education activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) through joint efforts between the American Dental Association and the Medicaid-CHIP State Dental Association.
 
The American Dental Association is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.

REGULAR (State Medicaid and CHIP Employees ONLY): Dues Categories by EPSDT
This category is limited to State Medicaid dental directors and administrators (individuals) employed by the state and actively engaged in policy development or direct administration of a state Medicaid/CHIP dental program(s).

States may designate up to eight (8) deligate members. For more information, contact Mfoley@medicaiddental.org

Note: State contractors qualify for Associate Membership detailed below. 
ASSOCIATE: Dues - $100.00
This category is open to any individual [not employed by the state Medicaid or CHIP agency] interested in state Medicaid/CHIP dental programs, including, but not limited to state and federal Medicaid/CHIP personnel; administrators; consultants; support staff; oral health researchers and academics; advocates; federal, state, and local dental public health program managers; medical and dental providers; payers; Medicaid and CHIP beneficiaries; and professionals associated with school- and community-based public health programs.
CORPORATE ROUND TABLE:  $5.000.00        

Round Table members constitute a group of individuals who represent corporations that share MSDA's vision and mission and wish to actively collaborate with MSDA's Board and state members to advance Medicaid and CHIP policy and programs.

ROUND TABLE MEMBERS are eligible to:
  • Include up to 9 members of your organization in the membership;
  • Participate in membership meetings and activities of the organization;
  • Receive mailings and notices;
  • Participate as committee members;
  • Participate on the Board of Directors as permitted under the ByLaws;
  • Receive reduced rates on Symposium registration;
  • Receive unlimited access to MSDA's National Profile of State Medicaid and CHIP Oral Health Programs; and 
  • Attend the Corporate Round Table Meetings 
ACADEMIC ROUND TABLE & GROUP: Dues - $1,000.00
Academic Round Table and Group members constitute a collection of individualspublic or private corporations, educational institutions, agencies, or organizations, who request membership status by submitting an ACADEMIC/GROUP membership application and make payment according to the membership structure. GROUP members shall be eligible to:
  • Participate in membership meetings and activities of the Corporation;
  • Receive mailings and notices;
  • Participate as committee members;
  • Participate on the Board of Directors within MSDA as permitted under the bylaws;
Examples of Group members include professional organizations, educational institutions, businesses, payers, foundations, agencies, and other professional entities interested in Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, healthcare, and oral healthcare delivery systems.
